Math Match privacy policy.

This policy explains how Bobobox handles information for Math Match. It is written for the current app and public website, and may be updated as the app changes.

We do not sell personal information. We do not ask you to email passwords, payment card numbers, or Apple account credentials.

Information you provide

If you email support, we receive the email address, message content, attachments, and any device or app details you choose to include.

App information

Math Match may process gameplay and app-state information needed to run the game, such as score, streaks, rewards, coins, power-ups, themes, settings, onboarding state, and purchase entitlement state.

Purchases

Purchases are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Bobobox may receive purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement state, and related diagnostic information so the app can unlock purchased content or restore purchases. Bobobox does not receive your full payment card number.

Math Match may create a stable app-assigned user ID and store it in device secure storage, such as iOS Keychain, so purchase state, virtual-currency balance, and durable item unlocks can reconnect to the same RevenueCat customer after reinstall on the same device. This ID is used for app functionality, purchase fulfillment, restore support, and related security or diagnostic checks. It is not a Bobobox website account.

Ads and consent

Math Match may use Google Mobile Ads/AdMob for ads and may use Apple App Tracking Transparency and consent prompts where required. Ad and consent systems may process identifiers, consent choices, approximate device/app information, ad events, and diagnostics according to their own policies and your device settings.

Diagnostics and analytics

The app may record app events and diagnostic information such as game start, game over, purchase success or failure, ad load or display events, consent response, and crash or error details. This helps keep the app working and improve the product.

Math Match may use PostHog for product analytics, such as understanding onboarding, gameplay, shop, purchase, power-up, theme, Tutor, and rewarded-ad flows. The current app does not use PostHog session replay, broad autocapture, account identity, or raw payment transaction identifiers.

Website

The Bobobox website is a static marketing and support site. Basic server logs may be processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URL, to deliver and secure the site.

Children

Math Match is a general-audience puzzle app. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to support, contact us and we will review the request.

Your choices

You can contact support to request help with data questions.
You can manage app tracking permission in iOS Settings.
You can restore or manage purchases through Apple account and App Store settings.
You can delete the app from your device to remove local app data stored on that device.
You can review privacy choices at Math Match data choices.

Retention and deletion

Local gameplay, settings, rewards, and theme state are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes ordinary local app data from that device, but secure storage such as iOS Keychain may keep the app-assigned purchase-support ID so the app can reconnect purchase state after reinstall on the same device. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to answer the request, keep a reasonable support history, or meet legal and platform obligations. Product analytics records may remain with PostHog, and purchase records and refunds may remain with Apple or RevenueCat according to their systems and policies.
