Prism Stack Run privacy policy.
Prism Stack Run does not require a Bobobox account. Core gameplay, Journey progress, Daily Shape state, cosmetics, and settings are designed to remain local to the device.
Purchases and Restore
Purchases are processed by Apple. Prism Stack Run uses RevenueCat for store-product metadata, purchase and Restore flows, and entitlement state. Apple and RevenueCat may process product identifiers, transaction or restore status, provider-generated identifiers, and service diagnostics needed to operate those flows. Bobobox does not receive your full payment-card number from the App Store.
Ads and consent
Prism Stack Run includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded advertising and eligible interstitial advertising. Google may process consent choices, device or app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics according to its policies and your device settings. The app gates ad requests on the provider's consent state and exposes Google's privacy-options form in Settings when the provider reports that it is required.
Information you provide
If you email support, Bobobox receives your email address, message, attachments, and the device or app details you choose to include. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Apple Account credentials, private keys, or complete purchase receipts.
Your choices and retention
- Use the in-app privacy-options surface when Google's consent provider requires one.
- Use Restore Purchases for eligible durable App Store purchases.
- Delete the app to remove ordinary local game data from that device, subject to iOS behavior.
- Contact Bobobox support for a support or privacy request.
Support messages are retained as reasonably needed to answer the request or meet legal and platform obligations. Purchase, advertising, consent, and diagnostic records may remain with the providers that control them under their own retention rules.
