Aurum Flip privacy policy.
Aurum Flip is designed so core decisions work offline without a Bobobox account. Custom choices, decision history, settings, Shards, and cosmetic ownership stay on the device by default.
Information you provide
If you email support, Bobobox receives your email address, message, attachments, and the device or app details you choose to include. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Apple Account credentials, private keys, or complete purchase receipts.
Purchases and Restore
Purchases are processed by Apple. Aurum Flip uses RevenueCat to retrieve store products, complete purchase and Restore flows, and project eligible entitlements into the app. Apple and RevenueCat may process product identifiers, purchase or restore status, entitlement state, provider-generated identifiers, and diagnostics needed to operate those flows. Bobobox does not receive your full payment-card number from the App Store.
Ads, consent, and tracking
Aurum Flip includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. When advertising is enabled and eligible, Google may process consent choices, device or app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics under its policies and your device settings. Aurum Flip requests non-personalized ads for its current launch ad path and does not request App Tracking Transparency or IDFA access for that path.
Ad requests remain subject to app-owned feature gates, Pro or Remove Ads suppression, and Google's applicable consent state. Settings exposes Google's privacy-options form when the provider reports that the entry point is required. Missing or invalid production configuration fails closed instead of treating sample advertising identifiers as production.
Remote configuration
Aurum Flip may read a small first-party configuration file from bobobox.xyz to control launch-safe advertising switches. That file does not receive flip outcomes, custom choices, decision history, Shard balances, or cosmetic ownership.
Your choices and retention
- Use the in-app privacy-options surface when the advertising consent provider requires one.
- Use Restore Purchases to reconnect eligible durable App Store purchases.
- Delete the app to remove ordinary local app data from that device, subject to iOS behavior.
- Contact Bobobox support for a support or privacy request.
Support messages are kept as long as reasonably needed to answer the request or meet legal and platform obligations. Purchase, advertising, consent, and diagnostic records may remain with the providers that control them under their own retention rules.
